This is the recording of the gong session done for a celebration of the winter solstice 2018.
The instrument is the magnificent 38" Sun Gong with the base note of B1/H note at 63.11Hz. It is tuned in conformity with the natural harmonic series based in the orbital properties on the Earth, the Moon, the Sun, and the Planets according to calculations of Hans Cousto. Thus it resonates in harmony with the cycles of the celestial bodies and communicates a distinct aspect of the “music of the spheres” so amply quoted since the Antique. Their sound color is extremely mysterious and conveys an unusual, unfathomable atmosphere.
The full session lasts for about 30 minutes and is available as a bonus track when buying an album. Throughout the session the gong was played in a very gentle and relaxing mode that reaches a subdued climax around 15 minutes into the song. The end of the session finishes with the soothing sounds of Koshi chimes.
So as not to be disturbed in the middle of the session by the high volume levels, the volume should be set on the loudest part (around14.30 into the session) and then listened to it from the beginning to the end. With the good hi-fi system or headphones, the spa will provide a profound experience of a reset and shift to higher vibrations.
